Purchase Dog License ON-LINE *** NEW ***

The deadline to purchase a dog or kennel license is January 31, 2023. The license fee is $18.00 per dog or $90.00 per kennel.  *After the deadline, a penalty of $18.00 per dog or $90.00 per kennel will be added. Dog license purchased by mail must include:

1. All copies of the application,
2. A check payable to the Richland County Auditor, 50 Park Avenue East, Mansfield, OH 44902
3. A self-addressed stamped envelope

NO LICENSE WILL BE RETURNED WITHOUT A STAMPED SELF ADDRESSED ENVELOPE.
