Bank Foreclosure Sales

To be compliant with Ohio House Bill 390, Bank Foreclosure Sales will no longer be conducted in person; they will only be conducted online. The link provided below will direct you to the official Richland County Sheriff’s Office Online Foreclosure Auction Site. The site is a great resource for information regarding the foreclosure process. Additionally, the site provides training to assist first time users with the auction process. It is highly recommended all first time users access the site and complete the training well in advance of their first auction. Failure to do so may result in your inability to bid during an auction.
