Job Description:

The Richland County Engineer Highway Department is accepting applications for a full-time MECHANIC II position. Current position opening is located at the Mansfield Garage, 395 N. Main St, Mansfield, Ohio.

Applicant must have completed secondary education plus three years’ work experience in the repair of gasoline and diesel powered vehicles/equipment, or an equivalent combination of coursework, training and/or related work experience is acceptable in place of secondary education. Must possess valid Ohio Commercial Driver’s License, Class A with “N” endorsement, or ability to obtain such by the end of the new employee probationary period.
